Off the front porch is a lovely new stone firepit and benches. Don't forget to pick up some firewood if you are planning to use it. Back to the mountains! A Bears Eye View luckily had no physical damage - just loss of power and water which are both on. We will be here for about 10 more days or so and have been gathering donations and trying to get to find places in need of volunteers and donations. Our hearts go out to all those who suffered loss and even life from these crazy hurricanes. First Helene both in Florida and here and now Milton - stay safe everyone and thank you to all the first responders and everyone who has helped with preparation, cleanup and support 🙏
