Finally relax on the front porch with two bistro dining sets to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine! Head upstairs where you will find three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, garden tub, separate shower, water closet and walk-in clothes closet. Through the french doors you can access the private upstairs balcony. On this level you will also find an additional bedroom with king-size bed and another bedroom with a queen-size bed. These bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, as well, and access the hall bath which houses a combination tub/shower. Seagrove Beach is named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it. It's a terrific area, close to all that 30A has to offer. Walk to the beach access to enjoy the beautiful emerald waters, or stop across the street to take in Eastern Lake (one of the coastal dune lakes). The beautiful, gated community pool provides a nice oasis if you desire a break from the beach.
