Lately, I’ve been reminded how personal this job really is. 🤍

I’ve had some clients who unfortunately had to cancel trips they were really looking forward to, and after spending so much time planning and getting excited with them, I’m genuinely disappointed for them too.

At the same time, I have clients traveling right now, and others who just got home, and I LOVE following along. ❤️
Seeing your pictures, checking in and hearing that everything is wonderful, honestly makes my day. I follow along like it’s my favorite show.

I think that’s why I love what I do so much. I’m invested in your trips too!

Travel isn’t always perfect. No one is perfect. And airlines are definitely not perfect. 😂
But I truly care about creating the best experience I can for every one of my clients.

When you’re happy, I’m beyond happy. And when things don’t go the way we hoped, I’m right there with you too. 🤍

I really do love seeing the world through my clients eyes.

A little professional milestone I’m excited to share! ✈️

I’ve officially earned my CTIE — Certified Travel Industry Executive designation, through The Travel Institute!

I’m a big believer that there’s always more to learn, and continuing my education is an important part of being the best advisor I can be for my clients.

Proud to officially be Katelin Noe, CTA, CTIE! 😊
