r power and Summer times do tend to get a little hotter here in Fl but the Hideaway is equipped with 2 oscillating fans that will help keep you cool as well as the ocean breeze through the open windows! Jumping in for a swim is also a great way to cool off during the summer season, just not from the top ;) The Bohemian hideaway is tucked away in a quiet lagoon in Boca Grande Fl just a few paddle strokes away from a quiet beach and all the entertainment , Boca Grande island has to offer..ie: Restaurants, beach bars, small grocery Store, golf cart rentals, ice cream and coffee shops...etc! The Bohemian Hideaway is a place to come and unwind from the everyday mundane ,hustle and bustle of the world. Wake up and do some yoga from the Hideaways balcony while you enjoy the beautiful sunrise or Curl up in front of the huge picturesque window with a hot cup of coffee or herb tea from one of the one of a kind , unique mugs and watch the wildlife (birds, fish, dolphins and manatees) Maybe you’d like to Lay back and feel the cool ocean breeze on your skin from the hammock that swings over the water while reading a good book! Feeling adventurous? Take out the mask and fins and see what kind of underwater life you will discover with the snorkel gear provided. Maybe you’d like to pull out the paints and canvas ,sit back and watch the amazing sunsets while you create a one of a kind masterpiece to bring home with you! The Bohemian hideaway also offers extra amenities for an additional small cost if you choose to add them to your trip to make your stay personalized and one of a kind. We have paddle boards and kayak rentals(a fun scavenger hunt will come w/these rentals) Bohemian hideaway massages , honeymoon/Birthday/Anniversary packages( includes wine,chocolates,flowers and guests choice of special gift) Also for and extra fee we offer sunset/dolphin/fishing cruises as well by one the the greatest Captains Boca has to offer! ��THE ONLY WAY TO GET TO THE HIDEAWAY IS BY WATERCRAFT!��

� If you do not have one we have kayaks and paddle boards that you can rent to reach the hideaway and use during your stay �

�There is also a private boat charter that can bring you for a spectate price. You may also schedule other Sunset, dolphin, fishing or to your cruises through this captain.

�IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BOAT OR JETSKI YOU WILL BE GIVEN COORDINATES TO THE HIDEAWAY. THERE IS A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP CLOSE BY.

� Please understand this is not the Hilton ...it’s WAAAY BETTER! ��It’s a Hideaway where you will be enjoying a GLAMPING type experience with MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS!!!

� Please remember that the Hideaway is ran solely off solar power so be mindful of turning off lights when they are not needed and try to open windows and enjoy the ocean breeze as much as possible instead of using the AC.

�DO NOT THROW ANY TYPE OF FEMININE PRODUCTS OR TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILET. PLEASE THROW IN THE GARBAGE THAT IS PROVIDED!

�DO NOT DRINK THE WATER FROM SINKS!

� Please rinse off any sand with outside shower and dry off before entering the Hideaway

� There will be a $100+ fee for any missing or broken items. Most pieces in the Hideaway are unique and one of a kind that cannot be replaced

�NO SMOKING OR FIRES OF ANY KIND AT THE HIDEAWAY. Vaping is ok

�No cooking inside the Hideaway. Please use outdoor grill

� If you fish and make a mess , please use bucket to collect water from the harbor and clean up any mess you may leave
