🚨 **A quick reminder for my seniors & their families:**

If someone calls you unexpectedly and says they’re from Medicare, Social Security, your bank, or another company you recognize — **don’t feel pressured to give them information right away.**

A few good habits to remember:

✅ Don’t give out your Medicare number, Social Security number, passwords, or banking information to an unexpected caller.

✅ If they say you need to “act immediately,” hang up and call the organization back using a phone number you KNOW is legitimate.

✅ Be extra cautious if someone asks you to pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency, or by sending money somewhere urgently.

✅ And if something just doesn’t feel right, it’s completely okay to hang up and ask a family member or someone you trust to take a look first.

Scammers are getting VERY convincing, and being cautious is nothing to be embarrassed about.

📱 If you have an iPhone, you NEED to know these!

A few simple tricks that can make your phone so much easier to use 👇

🔎 Can’t read the tiny words?
Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size and make everything bigger.

🔦 Use your camera as a magnifying glass!
Search “Magnifier” on your iPhone. You can zoom in on menus, medicine bottles, receipts & anything else that’s hard to read.

☎️ Silence those annoying unknown callers.
Go to Settings → Apps → Phone → Silence Unknown Callers. Just be careful — this can also silence legitimate calls from numbers you haven't saved.

🆘 Set up your Medical ID.
Open the Health app → your profile picture → Medical ID. You can add emergency contacts and important medical information that first responders may be able to access from your lock screen.

🔍 Can’t find an app?
Swipe down from the middle of your Home Screen and type what you’re looking for. No more searching through every page!

Just because you loved your Medicare plan this year doesn’t mean everything will stay the same for 2027.

Plans can change their costs, benefits, drug coverage and provider networks — so now is a good time to get prepared.

📝 Keep a list of your doctors + prescriptions
📬 Watch for important plan information in the mail
📅 Remember: AEP is October 15 – December 7

You don’t automatically need a new plan. You just want to make sure the one you have still works for YOU. 💙
