With the help of Dossandra of Cruise Planners our recent trip to Maui thoroughly exceeded our expectations. After hearing our preferences and desires, she recommended the Four Seasons Maui which ended up being the perfect resort for us. She took extra effort to communicate with the hotel management to guarantee we would receive an upgraded room and to ensure that our excursions were prearranged. In addition she is very knowledgeable about the American Express travel benefits. The special “welcome” bottle of wine and other treats that she sent to our room were the icing on the cake!!
