Looking for a spooky adventure to go on before October comes to an end?

Did you know one of Idaho's best-preserved ghost towns is tucked away in the Owyhee Mountains? 👻

Silver City was once a booming mining town but is now a great place to explore Idaho's history, with its original buildings, historic streets, and beautiful mountain scenery.

It's one of those hidden gems worth adding to your Southwest Idaho bucket list!

This museum in Southwest Idaho is a hidden gem for aviation lovers...

But we have a feeling everyone will love it.

The Warhawk Air Museum is tucked away beside a small airport in Nampa, Idaho. If you drive by it and blink, you might miss it, but we promise it's worth a visit.

The museum is an experience for all ages that allows you to step into our history's biggest moments. From WWII, 9/11, and so much more.

The Warhawk Air Museum is about a 30 minute drive from Boise, located at 201 Municipal Dr in Nampa.

If you're looking for something unique to do while visiting, this is one adventure we recommend you add to your list.

This is one tour you don't want to miss this October when visiting Southwest Idaho! 👻

The Boise Trolley tour is bringing back their Haunted Halloween Tours for their 3rd year and these always sell out!!!

Enjoy an hour 1/2 Trolley Tour throughout Downtown Boise as you visit some of Boise's notorious haunted spots like the Idanha and the Old Idaho Penitentiary.

The tours kick off this Friday, October 1st and like we said, they always sell out!

Add any of Southwest Idaho's Scenic Byways to your itinerary when visiting. But if you want a route to plan now, we recommend the Ponderosa Pine Scenic Byway; perfect for all things fall foliage.

Here’s your route:
☕ Start in Boise and grab a cup of coffee to hit the road early.

🍁 Make your first stop in Idaho City. Walk around historic downtown, grab a bite to eat, and explore a little Gold Rush history.

🌲 Drive the Ponderosa Pine Scenic Byway toward Lowman and stop along the way for mountain views and fall colors.

📍Stop in Lowman to stretch your legs, explore the area, and make time for a hot springs stop.
