🥘 Paella on the Patio 🥘

Is there anything more iconic than strolling down the Basque Block on a Wednesday or Friday afternoon and catching Tony Eiguren cooking a giant pan of paella outside ?

It’s a Boise tradition—one that locals love and visitors never forget. It’s more than a meal—it’s a tradition rooted in culture, community, and slowing down to enjoy the moment.

🌟 Insider tip: Arrive around 11 when the market opens to grab a spot on the patio, then settle in with pinxtos and a white wine slushie while you wait for the paella to be served at noon.

Follow along as we share more Boise Moments. And tell us—what’s your go-to Boise moment?
