Each winery will have holiday decorations up, offer wine tasting and special holiday themed offerings, and mark your passport with a stamp.
Collect just six stamps and you can enter to win two tickets to the 12th annual International Alsace Varietals Festival's Grand Tasting in Boonville on February 25, 2017!
No advance ticket to purchase, simply show up at any of our 24 participating winery tasting rooms and ask for a complimentary passport to begin the fun.
This is a great opportunity to take care of some of your gifting needs, when our local wineries are holding incredible holiday wine sales.
Each of our tasting rooms will have a Toy Drive collection box to support the Anderson Valley Fire Department's efforts to see that every local child has a bright and cheerful Christmas.
Please bring a new unwrapped toy and drop it off at any of our tasting rooms between December 3 and December 11, if you are able. Thank you!
Of course, each winery will be offering up a sleigh full of holiday cheer, here's what you an expect:
Balo Vineyards - Exclusive to Passport Holders: 15% OFF Balo Wines & Free Shipping on case purchases. Our limited production, cult favorite, Avenging Angel Pinot Noir will be open for tasting; we only pour it twice a year so this is really something you don't want to miss! Stop in to taste and get your passport stamped!
Baxter Winery - Join us at Baxter Tasting room in downtown Philo for an English Christmas mince pie paired with our 75 year old vine Carignan. The full flight of hand-crafted Pinot Noirs and more will be available as usual for a $10 tasting fee (waived with purchase). Our newly released 3-year barrel-aged Nebbiolo and Montepulciano will also be available to purchase for that special gift (while stocks last).
Bink Wines is celebrating the holiday season with a vertical flight of Bink Wines, Estate Syrah 2011, 2012, and 2013, paired with fine chocolates!
Brutocao Cellars - Come join us for a little holiday cheer and be a wine club member for a day. Purchase 6 bottles of wine and receive a 15% discount or even better, purchase 12 bottles and receive a 25% discount. There will be a special treat when you come in to the tasting room. Cheers!
Domaine Anderson will usher in the season of lights with light bites, an interactive turntable, and wine specials.
Elke Vineyards - Join us for some Holiday Cheer in our festive tasting room at the winery! Seasonal bites, special deals, and a holiday toast with our newest Sparkling Wine!
Foursight Wines - Come celebrate our favorite season with estate-grown wines, holiday cookie pairings, corks for your holiday art projects, and more! Get festive with the Foursight family and Ozzie the Lab, who will be dressed for the occasion!
Goldeneye Winery - Come join us at Goldeneye to kick off the holidays while enjoying a complimentary special taste of our library vintage 2012 Goldeneye Anderson Valley Brut Rose and holiday goodies. Open 10:30-4:30. Seated tasting available at regular price.
Greenwood Ridge Vineyards - Be sure to stop in the Greenwood Ridge Vineyards tasting room for a holiday treat, exclusive tasting room wines for sampling and Holiday prices for gift packs.
Handley Cellars - Join the Handley staff in our tasting room both weekends during the Holiday Passport. Enjoy a food pairing, special tastings for passport guests, discounts and other holiday surprises. Open daily 10-5.
Husch Vineyards - Homemade cookies paired with our award-winning Late Harvest Gewurztraminer and snap a selfie with the singing elf hat! While you are here enjoy a complimentary flight of tasting room exclusive wines and get your passport stamped. We look forward to your visit.
Lazy Creek Vineyards - Take a drive up our meandering dirt road and across three wooden bridges to our festively-decorated tasting room, where you'll taste our award-winning Pinot Noirs, sample holiday-licious small bites and enjoy 20% off wine and merchandise. Lichen Estate - Join us as we celebrate with Christmas cookies and bubbles.
Lula Cellars - Wine bottle Tree Lighting ceremony! with sing-along wine carols each day. Enjoy world-class pinots with a choice selection of meats and cheeses, and the special treat ... Grandma's homemade chocolate fudge.
Meyer Family Cellars - Tasting room will be open from 11-4. We will be serving Holiday Crostini, featuring Lonza (Italian cured pork loin), Penny Royal Boont Corners aged cheese and house cranberry drizzle.
Navarro Vineyards - Join us at the Navarro Tasting Room this holiday season to sample the perfect dessert for the holiday season; German Christmas cookies paired with Navarro late harvest wines.
Pennyroyal Farm - Join us in the Tasting Room at Pennyroyal Farm to sample a delicious savory bite paired with one of our small-production farmstead wines. We're including a recipe card to take with you so you can recreate the experience for your family and friends this holiday season!
Philo Ridge Vineyards will offer a logo glass and complimentary full tasting with your passport. Gold medal wines will be available at a special holiday passport price. And of course, yummy winter treats!
Roederer Estate will be celebrating the Holiday Passport Weekend with special offers; little yummies; great wine and staff.
Scharffenberger Cellars will be celebrating you over the Holiday Passport Weekend with sugar and spice and everything nice!
Seebass Family Wines will be pouring our latest releases of our Grand Reserve Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay wines. We will also have a special discount on shipping gift packs of three bottles, just in time for the holidays and the New Year! Bring your gift lists and let us help you brighten someone's holiday! And, only available in our Tasting Room in Boonville; the Library Wine Case Sale featuring select limited older vintages of our award-winning wines.
