You pick when you want to start your trip. Captain Stanley’s favorite time for sailing is sunset. But sunrise has never been a disappointment being out at sea watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, warm cup of coffee in one hand and wiping the “sleepies” from your eyes with the other.
