Our sailing season kicks off THIS weekend (May 10th) and to celebrate we are offering 20% off all sails! Saturday and Sunday are shaping up to be beautiful sailing days with wind AND warmer temperatures.

We were a tad ambitious with the boat projects this off season, but our little schooner is coming back together very nicely. The work has been hard but it feels so good to check some long standing renovations off the list! To say we are counting down the days to sailing is an understatement.
This will be our 5th sailing season, and it’s kicking off May 10th! Schedule is live and on our website.

Ohhhhhkay hello hello friends. Sorry for the radio silence. We are alive and well and very busy and here to say a belated: thank you to everyone who joined us onboard this past season. It was another 5 months of good sailing and even better company. We have been closed for 2 months now (HOW??) and have been delving deep into some boat projects.

The trunk cabin has been leaky for the past few years so we finally tore into that- removing the port lights and digging out all the rotten wood and laminating in fresh marine ply. The weather has been tough for this type of work. For now she is water tight but the patches need to be faired and glassed over. We also need to source new siding that will then be varnished and reinstalled around the whole cabin. She’s going to look so good!

Other winter projects include replacing the standing rig (eek!), servicing the hydraulic pump that powers the drive shaft, installing hydraulic steering, and many other smaller projects. Progress has been slower than we like (so much rainnn) and motivation is always a little low at the start of winter. But however frustrating some of this work is it brings us together and teaches us new skill sets. So here’s to cracking on! 💛

We are excited to announce that we will once again be participating in the Olympia Harbor Days Festival, August 30th- September 1st!

We will be offering 2 Hour Private Day Sails during all three days of the festival. This is a really fun event along side the Lady Washington, Virginia V, and many other local historic vessels.
