Come say hello at the second annual Arlington Health & Wellness Expo! Guineafowl is a sponsor and an exhibitor and we will be giving raffling off two FREE HIKES to folks that stop by and sign up for our newsletter, our socials or sign up for any of our active programming!

Late February - Early March recap - we’ve been busy! Wanted to share some of the many highlights:
1. Family of deer spotted in the Middlesex Fells with our hiking club.
2. Sun setting later each day (also at the Fells)
3. Partner hike with thanks to in the Blue Hills with students from the Academy of the Pacific Rim charter school
4. interviewing
5. Snowy summit of Mt Tecumseh for a private tour with a client visiting from out of state.
6. Exploring Panther Cave at the Fells with another youth hiking club.
7. Scout hiking Mt Major with Pemi
8. Cleaned up Guineafowl Gear Garage
9. Full Day hike to Mount Major wrapping up one of our Winter Hiking club winter session
10. Dave and good friend Richard who hosted the Cambridge Rotary NHS Student breakfast at Harvard.

These highlights are just from the last two weeks! We’ll try to keep you all updated more frequently, but happy to report we are staying quite busy! 🥾🏔️📣

Scout hike with the (in)famous today was epic! Windy summits but below treeline was gorgeous and even after the warmer temps and rain in Southern NH Mount Major State Park is holding up well. Can’t wait to be back with some of our favorite clients real soon 😃

We had an amazing weekend at the ! It was a great time and we did so much - we couldn't even photograph it all! We visited with people at our exposition booth, Dave hosted the Skills Spotlight stage with some amazing presentations including a terrific conversation with Long Path FKT Holder and all around amazing trail runner ! .gf gave presentations on getting kids into nature, and worked with on a roundtable discussion empowering women in the outdoors as well as teaching a splinting session! Great first day of Guineafowl x February vacation hiking camp! It was a perfect crisp winter day at the Blue Hills - microspikes and exospikes worn by all, hiking packs with insulated hydration tubes also carried by all! Kids were warm, safe and comfortable all day! We LOVE helping people of all ages get outside and explore - especially young people!

Yesterday’s Guineafowl x beginner ice climbing clinic was a blast! Guineafowl and our clients are so fortunate to benefit from IMCS’s amazing instructors getting everyone outfitted and trained up on belaying, tying in, and of course - ICE CLIMBING!

If you’ve ever wanted to try this exciting sport, this is the way to do it! None of our clients had ever ice climbed before and everyone crushed it! You can too! Our next clinic is Saturday March 15th - sign up on Guineafowl’s website!
