This week, our group stopped at the Odeon in Pompeii, the city's small theater. Built to hold just 500 people for music and poetry and constructed around 80 A.c., unlike Pompeii's larger open-air theater next door, the Odeon was fully roofed for a more intimate entertainment experience.

Two thousand years later, it's still standing. 🏛️
