Happy Italian Republic Day! (Festa della Repubblica) 🇮🇹

Today is a national holiday in Italy celebrated on June 2nd each year. It commemorates the day in 1946 when Italian citizens voted in a referendum to abolish the monarchy and establish Italy as a republic.
