BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO WELCOME INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS AT THE END OF 2025‼️‼️‼️ ✈️️ 🌎🌋

The Bicol International Airport (BIA) is set to global travellers from HONG KONG, THAILAND, SINGAPORE, and SOUTH KOREA! 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇰🇷

By the end of 2025, the "MOST SCENIC GATEWAY" will welcome international flights and the foreign travellers will directly landed in Albay with a Mayon Volcano in the background. 🛣️✈️⛰️

Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon said that the transportation department is coordinating with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) to invite international airlines, aiming to connect Bicol directly to said countries. 🧭

Making BIA on the world map is part of the Bicol Regional Tourism Development Plan, aiming to transform Bicol into a top-tier international destination and a result - an economic powerhouse.

Former Albay 2nd District Cong. Joey Sarte Salceda and Ako Bicol Party-list aims to bring more development in the area.

Big changes are coming sa NAIA as a NEW TERMINAL 5 will rise sa dating Philippine Village Hotel site, kaya expect 35 MILLION more passenger capacity yearly to help decongest our busiest airport.

📍 Terminal Reassignments (Abangan!):

✅ Terminal 1 – International flights by low-cost carriers

✅ Terminal 3 – International flights by major airlines

✅ Terminals 2 & 5 – For domestic flights

Sabi ng MIAA, this will streamline operations, pero wala pa tayong exact rollout date, so stay tuned for updates.

The Philippine Airlines (PAL) advised travelers on Tuesday that flights heading to the Middle East have been cancelled due to the ongoing conflict in the area.

Among the flights cancelled are:

June 24, 2025
PR 684 Manila - Doha
PR 658/659 Manila - Dubai - Manila
PR 654/655 Manila - Riyadh - Manila

June 25, 2025
PR 685 Doha - Manila

We have made more improvements at NAIA Terminal 3 just for you:

The dedicated OFW Immigration area, completed by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), is now open.

Departing OFWs no longer need to line up at the regular counters.

Coming soon: A special rest area for OFWs with long layovers (8 hours or more), complete with comfortable rest beds, massage chairs, and shower rooms.

A secure locker room for your luggage will also be available soon.

And in case you haven’t visited yet—the OFW Lounge beside the new immigration area has been serving OFWs since July 19, 2024.

It was the first completed facility under the NAIA rehabilitation program, offering free meals, drinks, charging stations, and Wi-Fi.

This is our second lounge for OFWs, after the successful opening of the Terminal 1 lounge in January.

New NAIA Infra Corp. is working to make your airport experience more comfortable—because you deserve nothing less.
