Yoga in a cave? Yes please! 🦇 🧘‍♀️

Get out your yoga mats and head over to Lost River Cave for an hour of guided yoga from Be Happy Yoga & Salt Cave. Stretch out in this natural wonder that was once home to a prohibition-era night club and has said to have held history as a hideout of Jesse James!

Can't make it tomorrow? Be on the lookout for more dates this summer or stop by for their sunrise yoga series that occurs aboveground surrounded by beautiful nature!
