YNP is looking chilly this weekend! It’s that time of year where the sun can heat you right up during the day and the evening can bring storms and snow. I suppose that isn’t just this season but any time during the year… 🤔 Still, we offer a friendly reminder to dress in layers, prepare for all types of weather and conditions when traveling, hiking and camping.

One of my favorite traditions in the Valley is coming right up! Sweet Pea Festival is a wonderful, stand out memory from my childhood and it’s a joy to see it continue. If you are in the area the first weekend in August, I highly recommend a day at the festival! 😊

Travel safe, everyone! Spring Road conditions are real. Check weather ahead of time, plan for easy going. Pack layers of clothes, blankets and plenty of water in case of delays.

UPDATE: KBZK-TV is reporting that I-90 is CLOSED on the Bozeman Pass as of 5pm Jackson Creek exit to Junction of US 89 South Livingston road is closed due to an event westbound until further notice. SEVERE driving conditions reported blowing snow, low visibility.

Conditions are not good on the Bozeman Pass . . .
