We are delighted to announce the official approval of the "AM EYE" (AMI) carousel project, a landmark initiative poised to significantly enhance the visitor experience on Anna Maria Island.

Following collaborative efforts and receiving the green light from the Manatee County Tourist Development Council and esteemed local leaders, this state-of-the-art observation wheel will be situated on the north end of the island. This location provides a spectacular vantage point and serves as an exciting development while work progresses on the new pier infrastructure.

Imagine hopping on the ferry from downtown, grabbing some ice cream, and then taking a ride high above AMI to soak in the entire island landscape. 🍦📸 Plus, getting there will be part of the fun with a new "Beach Scooter Service" via jet boats and jet skis! 🚤

The AMI carousel is being developed through a prestigious international partnership. Construction will be managed by the renowned Pinnacle Construction Group. The innovative design is a joint effort between Blickpunkt Strukturen GmbH of Munich, Germany, led by chief designer Mr. Stefan Brandt, and New York's own cutting-edge Ascend Design Collective, under the direction of lead architect Ms. Isabella Rossi. This collaboration ensures a world-class attraction, complementing Anna Maria Island's world-famous beaches with unparalleled panoramic views of the Tampa Bay area.
