One of the lessons travel keeps teaching me is that life isn't always about getting to the next destination.
Sometimes it's about slowing down long enough to appreciate where you are right now.
I've stood on mountaintops, watched dolphins swim beside a boat, explored cities halfway around the world, and enjoyed sunsets in places I once only dreamed about visiting.
But some of my favorite moments have been the quiet ones.
A morning walk.
A cup of tea with a view.
A conversation with a stranger.
A few minutes of stillness.
Travel reminds me to be present.
And honestly, that's a lesson I'm still working on at home.
What's something travel has taught you?
