What would it feel like to wake up at sea in the Caribbean?

We are gathering on June 22 at 5:00 PM in Milford CT to preview our Star Clippers Barbados tall ship sailing in January 2027. Our time together will include dinner, Italian wine tasting, wellness practices, and time to imagine life about a tall ship: daily yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork, elegant cabins, fine dining, ocean breezes, and the kind of connection that forms when people travel with intention.

There is something powerful about gathering to dream about travel…. before the ship, before the sea, before the sails rise in the Caribbean wind, there is this moment of coming together.

On June 22 at 5:00 PM, we are hosting An Evening With Heart & Star Clippers — a free evening of dinner, Italian wine tasting, connection, wellness, and a presentation about our January 2027 sailing retreat leaving from Barbados.

This is a journey for slowing down. Breathing again. Reconnecting with joy. Being present. Trusting yourself. Letting the sea do some of what the sea does so well.

We’ll be joined by wellness guides Kathy Love, Patrick W. Smith, and Melinda Alcosser, sharing practices in breathwork, Tai Chi Qigong, reflection, renewal, and joyful self-care.
