The villa has a new sofa! Finally a traditional sofa sleeper with an upgraded queen mattress. The kiddos have rated it as very comfortable. For those of you that will miss being able to put your feet up like you could on the previous sofa, a long ottoman is on the way.

Hope you all had a joyful holiday season. Just wanted to let you know the villa has an updated fireplace and a new 55 inch smart TV which is connected to cable or can access streaming just by switching the input(and remotes 😃) . For our coffee loving guests, the villa provides 2 types of coffee brewing: a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Evidently guests like having the traditional coffee maker because there is quite the stash of filters! If you are visiting our villa in the foreseeable future, DON'T add to the collection. Please use from the existing inventory 😂
