Silver Dollar Refuge A family vacation home for both our family and yours! This inspired them to purchase a vacation home for their extended family to enjoy.

Mike and Kerri, along with their service dog, Izzy, have embraced the empty nester lifestyle since their kids became independent. After 25 years of military life and Mike's retirement from the Air Force, they soon realized they wanted to create lasting memories in Branson, MO, where Mike spent several summers of his childhood. Because it's just too nice to let sit empty, they also wanted to share the experience with other families by renting it out on a limited basis.

Wow, we have the best guests! In our short time with guests ALL of them have been respectful and taken care of the place. This is our most recent review and although our previous ones have all been great, this review makes all the hard work we put into it worth it. Whether our family or yours we all deserve to have a place that feels like a home away from home.

Our return guests are going to notice some changes next time they come! This was a very productive maintenance trip. Just a few things we tweaked to make it an even nicer experience: new artwork on the walls, reconfigured laundry room, added additional plugs to bedroom nightstands, added plugs behind couch for easier access, re-stained deck, touched up paint inside and out, repainted handrails on front walk, and many more smaller projects. We love making this perfect for our family and guests!

More changes at the Refuge! Although the laundry area was nice before, it was hard to reach the controls of the dryer so we renovated that area for a more functional layout!
