We wanted to clear up some confusion about today's tour.
One of our boats had a water pump fail during the lake portion of our tour. The crew deployed the anchor and waited for a second boat to arrive for a tow. After being towed to the ramp the tour boat was able to exit the water under its own power. Once on land, customers boarded the backup boat and returned to the store. No customers were ever in danger. We are proud of our team for following their training and resolving the problem in a professional manner.
We also appreciate water patrol and Branson emergency services for being on the scene, in case additional help was required. While our team managed the situation and safely transported guests back to shore, we are grateful for their presence and partnership.
We're incredibly proud of our crew for their professionalism. As always, the safety of our guests remains our top priority.
