We’ve had such an amazing spring, welcoming students from across the region to the Atchafalaya for swamp tour and hands-on learning field trips!

Yesterday, we welcomed our first school to the new 4,000 sqft Swamp Base pavilion! This new space provides plenty of room to run programs, spread out for lunch and get some relief from the sun.

Though summer break is almost here, we’re already looking forward to next fall when the sounds of excitement and laughter fill the air under this amazing new facility!
