This is a general labor/shop fabrication position. We need someone that is dependable and self-motivated. Under the direct supervision of the shop foreman, the ideal candidate for this position will:
-Assist the shop foreman with the day to day operations of our post tension cable fabrication
-Assist with the cutting and preparing of post tension tendons for installation
-Load/unload trailers
-Assist with taking inventory
-As directed by foreman, keep up with shop maintenance
-Equipment maintenance/repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 years of verifiable work history
-Read and understand work orders/instructions
-Able to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
-Great customer service skills and work ethic
-Knowledgeable on basic tools and machinery
Qualifications that are not required, but helpful:
-Welding and/or electrical skills
-Forklift certification
-Able to drive a truck with trailer
-Training in OSHA safety

PAY RATE: Based on experience
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday

The shop manager’s duties include overseeing day to day operations such as monitoring production output, supervision of staff, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly inventory
• Ordering materials
• Prioritizing fabrication
• Managing logistical matters in receiving deliveries and sending materials out to be delivered
• Overseeing the routine maintenance of the facility

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: Based on experience
