Bill Demlong & Susan Loken

We are parents to a blended family with five adult children and five adorable grandchildren. We fell in love with Breckenridge well over a decade ago. Our children bonded during winter ski trips and summer vacations, where our family enjoyed skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

Our dream was to one day own a cabin in Breckenridge where we could create lasting memories with our family and friends. We are so excited to have made our dream a reality!! There is something for everyone here, no matter their age or interests--running, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and just being in nature.

We call it the BOLD family cabin. Each letter represents every last name in our family, and we think the name is fitting because this is a place where visitors can embark on all kinds of adventures.

We welcome guests to our cabin and look forward to filling the cabin with joy, love, and positive energy as you create your own unforgettable memories!
