This time, July 26-August 2nd at the Whole YOU Retreat Costa Rica , her presentation will share why Costa Rica is known for its high life expectancy and healthy longevity and how we can incorporate it into our own lives through a balanced diet and active living.

We are very excited to be featuring Jen Carew as a guest Thought Leader at our upcoming July 26 - August 2nd Whole You Retreat in Costa Rica! She is a Spiritual and Emotional Coach but I will let Jen answer the "what do you do" question:

"I like to keep things simple, so if you were to ask me what I do, I would say that I facilitate authentic growth.

Throughout my life, I have helped thousands of people transform their lives through various roles including: coach, speaker, facilitator, writer, trainer and corporate learning and development executive.

I am a Certified Spiritual Guide with a certificate in Interfaith/Interspiritual Guidance through Spiritual Guidance Training Institute. A Spiritual Guide walks with you as you explore your spiritual path, serving as a guide, companion, and facilitator of your spiritual growth."
