Thanking God for allowing me to see another year with all of my health, the love of family and friends, joy in the mundane, persistence in the face of uncertainty, and newfound wisdom and revelations. I'm grateful for it all.

Well, August is over and the best month of the year has arrived ☺️ My birthday month 😄🎉💝

It's been fun to look back on the previous month. And I'm realizing just how much each month is always filled with. For August, there was a clear theme: FAMILY. I am so grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing people. From family to friends that have become family, it is truly a blessing. There's sooo many more that I wish I had the opportunity to be with this month, but we are marching forward with prayer and faith that our schedules will soon align!

Reminiscing on some of my favorite travel moments as I start a new school year! (Year 12 👩🏽‍🏫📚)

🇫🇷 This girls trip to Paris, France in 2017 with pitstops in Nice and Genova, Italy was soo much fun and probably one of my top 5 favorite foodie trips 😋. I mean, the bread 🥖, the cheese 🧀, the croissants... 🥲

These pics also make me feel really excited to host a girls trip sometime soon. I'd like it to be more like a mini women's and mama's retreat! here for sure, but why not! I'm thinking spa days, communal dinners, late nights chatting about everything and anything, group excursions and so much more. There is truly nothing like spending time with your girls, it is both rejuvenating and uplifting for the soul ✨💞. We need each other. 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽

If you haven't been to Bermuda, consider it a must-visit! 🌍

Missing my chicken nuggets on this Mother's Day 🥹 And missing my own mommy too!

I've been blessed to grow up with a mother and big sister who truly showed me what unconditional love looks like. They are both the definition of a mother that FIGHTS for her children (not literally) but the fierceness of a mother that will do anything to protect her children 🥹. I wouldn't be the mother I am today without them 💖💖💖
