Ladies and Gentlemen, I have wrestled with this decision for the last couple of years. I have now made the decision that NEXT SUMMER will be the last summer the cottage will be available to rent. I have made incredible friends, enjoyed learning about you, feel incredibly lucky that you take care of the cottage like it's your own...this isn't made lightly. I'm truly going to miss our interactions. But it's time for my toothbrush to stay in the bathroom--if that makes any sense. Thank you for your years of loyalty, of friendship, of care and our laughs. I will miss that most of all. After September of 2027, the cottage will be unavailable to rent. My heart is full for having grown to know an appreciate you all. If you want to start investigating and finding another suitable place for you and want to cancel your 2027 (or even 2026) reservations I don't blame you and there will be no penalty (heck! I don't get a security deposit from you anyway! LOL!) Thank you from the bottom of my heart--I am so incredibly gifted and grateful that you became part of the 'Prenell Place Cottage' family.

Much was accomplished yesterday! Tons more to do, but I sure enjoyed relaxing by the fire last night!! ❤️❤️ I still have a week available in July: the 11th to the 18th. Reach out if you’re interested!

I can’t wait to get started on opening up the cottage!!!! Sorry. Most of the pictures I took today are of my neighbors’ places!!! Soon!!! The ospreys are back!!

Something told me I needed to check on things at the river. It was cold and there was more snow than I expected (I’m glad I drove the truck because the road wasn’t plowed) but everything is fine! The ice in the main channel is gone. Soon!!!

I still have a week open in July due to a cancellation. July 11-18. $1400 for the week. I will make it available on Vrbo soon if no one wants it.
