The Brillion area has lots of beautiful trails to check out!

The Friendship State Trail turns 25 this year!

This 4-mile trail passes through woods and scenic farmland in Calumet County while connecting the communities of Forest Junction and Brillion. The Friendship State Trail also connects to Calumet County’s Mike Ariens Run for Life Trail, which provides access to prairie, woodland and marsh habitat for wildlife viewing.

Note: Calumet County maintains and operates the Friendship State Trail, and a state trail pass is not required.

Join us on August 15 & 16 for the annual Mike Ariens Run/Walk! 🏃

The Mike Ariens Run/Walk is a community event presented by AriensCo in Brillion, Wisconsin, to promote health, wellness and community in honor of the late Mike Ariens. The 10K and 5k run/walk features a route along the Mike Ariens “Run for Life” Trail, AriensCo conservation land, through downtown Brillion and the trail system at Ariens Nordic Center.

The Kids Run will use Ariens Nordic Center trails exclusively. All ages and levels are welcome to enjoy the distance of their choosing: 10K, 5K or a Kids 1K Fun Run.

Looking for a free family activity? Check out the Maple Syruo Camp at the Brillion Nature Center on Saturday March 15.

Just a reminder - 9-1 next Saturday!!!! Camp is free and open to the public and is held at our Sugar Shack (watch for signs). Pancake Breakfast is held in the Nature Center building and is $5 per person for pancakes, porkies, and a beverage. See you next week!!
