While stopping by to visit the owners of Phisticated Fun cabin, we were blessed with an incredible sight—so many deer, including a freshly newborn fawn! I’ve never seen more deer than I do at this one spot. It’s definitely one of their favorites… maybe because of the deer feeder. 😉🦌

DO NOT DISTURB! We know the deer fawns are so cute, but please, if you see one on its own, do not pick it up.

This time of year, the mother deer will leave the fawn to go searching for food but they will come back and check on their baby later in the day. If the fawn has been moved by someone, the mother may not be able to find it again.
