Fishers of Zen - Broken Bow Vacation Cabin A modern Japan-Scandi inspired cabin with all the amenities the family needs for the ultimate zen getaway. Sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.

Perfectly situated on 1.3 acres near the intersection of Highway 259 and the North 259A loop, Fishers of Zen is less than 5 minutes away from Beaver’s Bend State Park and all the family attractions Hochatown has to offer. The best part is, no dirt roads to this cabin means easy travel for your peace of mind in all seasons! Cabin Features:

e, Concrete Flooring/Carpet, Granite Countertops, Solid Wood Walls & Cabinetry, 2 King Beds, 1 Bunk Bed/Game Loft, 2 Full Baths, Full-size Washer/Dryer, 2 Patios, Circle gravel driveway

Amenities

� 2 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed. The full size bed bunks are suitable for 2 adults or 4 children.

� Smart lock self check in

� Wifi (Due to the cabin’s remote location the signal may vary at times. We will do everything to ensure you have the best internet service we can provide, but we are not responsible for any outages, delays, or issues with the WiFi.)

� Indoor Entertainment: TV/Cable in every room, board games, mini game table, toys & books

� Outdoor Entertainment: Hot tub, Corn holes, fire pit, grill & dining (seats 4)

� Kitchen: stainless steel refrigerator, glass top electric stove, toaster, Mr. Coffee machine, cookware, dinnerware for 8

� Starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, light bulbs, bath soap, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap, toiletries

� Linens, towels & beach-sized towels for hot tub use

� On-demand Hot water heater (never run out of hot water!)

� Propane for the grill and starter wood for the fire pit (more available for fee)

� For Kids: high chair, booster, silicone bibs, dinnerware & utensils

� For Work/Learn from Home: Wifi extenders, desk in downstairs bedroom w/ standing desk, C table in living room

� Exterior security cameras at entrances

� Due to Covid-19 no consumables (oil, spices, coffee, etc.) can be provided. Pruett’s Food and Walmart are both well stocked and located less than 15 minutes from the cabin for your convenience. Policies

� Two-night minimum for weekdays, three-night minimum on weekends, and 3-4 nights minimum during holidays.

� Dander free zone - Please No Pets
