WEIGHT LIMITS: Strict weight limits apply for the safety of all passengers and crew. No single passenger can exceed 300 lbs, and total combined passenger weight cannot exceed 600 lbs. We reserve the right to weigh all passengers to determine a safe weight a
nd balance for the aircraft, subject to change based on weather conditions.
2. PASSENGER LIMITS: Up to 3 passengers maximum per tour, with a minimum of 2 passengers. Large groups may be split into multiple flight tours. Any passenger under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All passengers must be able to sit and be secured in their own seat. Minimum age to fly is 5 years old with younger exceptions at the pilot's discretion.
3. LOCATION: Tours currently launching from 242 Stevens Gap Rd, Broken Bow, Oklahoma 74728, in the parking area behind Chiggers Dance Hall
4. CHECK-IN & LATE ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of your booking time for Weigh-In, Pre-Flight Briefing and preparations. Late arrival may result in a no-show charge if our schedule is full with no available slots.
5. TOUR CHANGES: Tours may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to your scheduled flight for a full refund. Tours cancelled due to weather will be provided a full refund. All other tours cancelled within 2 days, or no-shows, are charged in full with no flight credit.
6. FLIGHT CONSIDERATIONS: Doors are off, so bring something to pull back your hair if you want to avoid the windblown look. All loose articles must be secured during the flight. The helicopter is loud, but tolerable, and all passengers are provided headsets. Photos and videos are allowed and encouraged - please share with your friends! FOLLOW US:
