123 The Point is a beautiful, new home completed in June of 2015, and is in a fantastic location! Not only does this house sleep 22 guests, it has a long list of features that very few rentals offer. Complete with a lake view from within the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and kitchen area, and be a few steps from the water. This home is only a five minute drive away from the boat launch

, the Rayburn Country Club House and restaurant, the local grocery and gas station, as well as other eateries. This 2500 square foot plus house sits at the edge of a gently sloping path directly to a sandy beach on Lake Sam Rayburn! The patio is roughly 115 easy steps to the water or about 350 feet. Guests can relax on a wide, sandy beach on the banks of the beautiful clear lake. You can put out chairs and/or a canopy and set up along the water by day, and build a fire for s'mores by night! The main house is beautifully furnished with large wooden light fixtures, leather couches, and granite counters with wood floors throughout. The main living area has a large LED flat screen TV, bluetooth sound bar and DIRECTV with the NFL Sunday Ticket Package!! The over-sized kitchen island seats 8 and is opposite the living area which together makes for the perfect gathering place for all the guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, ice machine, ceramic cooktop, stove, and pantry, with all the cooking essentials. The Master bedroom has a queen, with its own private full bath, and a large LED flat screen television with DIRECTV. Across the house, there are two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. To accommodate these two bedrooms, there is one full bath with two sinks placed between the rooms with access from both. Next to the kitchen, there is an added room with two queen bunk beds. The spacious game room/additional living area above the garage accommodates 5-7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one single bed, two queen beds, and one queen sleeper sofa, along with a large LED TV WITH DIRECTV and a air hocky table. There is a lovely back porch that faces the water, and is breathtaking at sunset. The back of the house has windows so you have a nice lake view from inside or out. The back patio/outdoor kitchen is furnished with a sofa and chairs, and has a bar with a charcoal grill, sink, and microwave. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the lake. Bring your family and friends for a vacation full of fishing, swimming, tubing, water skiing, golf, tennis, and/or many more Rayburn activities!

Rayburn resort is exited to anounce a murder mystery dinner Saturday November 16th! Includes a fun but mysterious evening with a dinner buffet and interactive play! Dinner starts 6 PM, Dress up and be apart of the event!
The rustle of silks and feathers under muted conservation was probably the last thing hardly the tragically and unexpectedly deceased at the billionaires' club annual masquerade ball. With a mystery under the feathery facade, unmasking the killer may be quite a challenge. Its up to you to determine which partygoer is guilty, bring this crime to justice, and save the party!
