This peaceful 3 bed, 2 bath water front home in Eagle’s Landing on Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy stunning waterfront views just steps from your door along with access. Perfectly situated on the east shore near Powell Park, this home offers tranquil surroundings and direct lake access, ideal for boating, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. This is the first home in the development, so expect privacy during your stay! The water access is rocky water frontage and does not offer a sandy beach. This home is a brand new construction, and boasts vaulted ceilings a split floor-plan for privacy, covered back porch overlooking the lake with a propane grill. A fire-pit with seating is also available to guest to spend evenings around the fire roasting marshmallows or hotdogs over the open flame! A short drive to Powell Park that offer boat ramp, inflated water obstacle course, restaurant and marina.

The whole home is accessible to guest which includes a full kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
