Important Information on Window and Parade Views for INSIDER'S functions: NYCVP cannot guarantee unobstructed views of the parade at any function; window and balcony views are "first-come, first-served". In order to provide maximum viewing space there is no window or balcony railing table seating at any event. It is the intention of NYCVP to provide comfort and convenience during this special event, including food, private restroom facilities, warmth and indoor protection from the weather. Since streets are closed to traffic and pedestrian crossing, NYCVP will provide NYPD-approved credentials and instructions for arriving in a timely manner at each event.
