This annual tradition features festive music, local performances, delicious food, and an uplifting spirit of togetherness. The Heartland Cruisers 50th Annual Rod Run returns June 5–6 at Riverside Park with a free family-friendly car show featuring everything from street rods and classics to imports, low riders, trucks, and bikes.

The weekend includes a Poker Run on Friday evening followed by the free car show on Saturday with awards, vendors, food, door prizes, and more.

Whether you’re entering a vehicle or just coming out to enjoy the atmosphere, this longtime community tradition is one you won’t want to miss!

The Brown County Rodeo, brought to you by the Brown County Fair Association, returns June 4–6 with three nights of rodeo action at the Brown County Fairgrounds. From mutton bustin’ and specialty acts to barrel racing, bull riding, and a downtown parade, this longtime tradition is part of what makes summer in Brownwood feel like Texas.
