We’ve got a new deck! Bring on Spring!

But, once again, the “calendar gremlins” have created havoc on my website and Facebook pages. I cannot get them to sync together and show publicly.

We are accepting rentals and have booked several weekends, and a few weeks already. You can private message me on Facebook with any questions.

!!! UPDATE !!! 1/30/23

Cypress Bay Marina has installed a new boat launch ramp! There are still a couple of signs up about it being private, and gates have been installed for winter. However, I have been told we may be able to use the ramp! If anything changes when spring arrives, and therefore more traffic, I will post it here. I have been told there may be a use fee initiated, but that has not been confirmed.

Remember… Plenty of parking, and plug-ins for charging, at our rental. Just slide your boat in and park it right out your front door!

Cypress Bay Marina (directly behind our rental) has new owners. They are very nice people. But with new ownership, usually changes will be made.
*Signs at the boat ramp have recently been posted stating the boat ramp is “Private Property. No Public Ramp”.*
Although the entire community has been shocked by the sudden change, respect will be given to the new owners.
We are hoping that, with time, this will change back to a public ramp. We will keep you informed if that were to happen.
There is a public ramp directly across the bay in front of the house. Cypress Springs Resort. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive. In addition, Paris Landing State Park has an awesome ramp and is a much shorter drive, but longer by water. Breakers Marina also has a ramp. It is closer by water, but about the same drive time as Paris Landing State Park. 

Again, our community is saddened by the changes and hope it will be changed to a public ramp again someday. I’m 64 years old and we’ve been using that ramp for most of my life ☹️.
