Proud Work Experience Class Moment!
Through our school-based enterprise activities, students in work experience are building essential employability skills while creating products for the community. This year, students raised money by making and selling dog treats, goat’s milk soap, crayons, and fire starters.
Most of the proceeds are given back to the Buffalo community through service-learning projects.
The work experience class created kits that were shared with students who might need a little extra sunshine in their day. Each kit was delivered by a caring adult who recognized their needs. The goal was simple: to help students feel seen, valued, and supported.
The following businesses wrapped around the work experience class with donations so they could expand their support for students in need:
Wise Penny, Culver's-Buffalo, Cub-Buffalo, Rassat Outdoor Group-Maple Lake, Target-Buffalo, and Walmart-Buffalo.
Thank you!
