We are so excited to announce that not only one, but two of our staff members have been recognized for their preservation efforts for this year's Preservation Buffalo Niagara's 2025 Preservation Awards.

Hallie Wright, Preservation Planner, has been awarded this year's recipient of Emerging Preservationist

Tom Yots, Director of Municipal Services, has been awarded the Legacy Award

This year, the award show will take place at The Caz, 2221 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY on May 29th from 5:30-7:30. We welcome all to join us in celebrating our staff, friends, and all things preservation!

Quite a magnificent project. We are super excited that 1 East Avenue in Lockport, or the Historic Post Office has opened its doors recently! This space includes a brewery/ restaurant, boutique retail, office space, and more!

Preservation Studios assisted with the Part 2 and Part 3 of this project.

432 Franklin Street was one of two Italianate buildings constructed for the Hamlin family in the nineteenth century. CJ Hamlin was the president of the American Grape Sugar Co. and the founder of the Buffalo Driving Park, which later became the Hamlin Park neighborhood where we reside. Later, the building was converted into the social clubhouse known as The Buffalo Orpheus Club, and up until 2023, it was owned by The American Legion Club.

Preservation Studios is currently assisting with the Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of this local gem!

Congratulations are in order for three of our clients, who are the recipients of the 2025 NYS Preservation Award!

Preservation Studios assisted with Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 along with National Register Listings for 558 River Street and Steamboat Square. Preservation also assisted with Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 for the Bateman Hotel.
