BUNKER RANCH RETREAT.
Vacation Rental $300 a night.

Island of 125 acres in mark twain forest w bluff views of Stocked lakes 6 miles from town of Bunker.

7 -35 miles to the following: Salem Mo, Echo Bluff, Loggers Lake, Johnson Shut Inns, Suttons Bluff, Eminence, Cave Springs , Devils Well, Akers Ferry, Welsch Spring, Montauk, Current River, Alley springs- ( 40 miles ), Jack’s Fork, Floating, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Shopping. Ask ( in advance) about petting( neighboring farm ), floating, horseback riding, atvs etc.

This property is completely secluded and bordered by Mark Twain Forest on all sides but one ( vacant 300 acre farm). 1 Mile private road into property. There is nearness to some of the greatest attractions Missouri has to offer. Tom Sauk Park, Devils Well, Sutton's Bluff, Johnson Shut Ins, Eminence Floating etc.

The property is completely surrounded by and crisscrossed with WIDE trails, great for four wheeling, ATV rides, hunting, hiking, fishing the three stocked Lakes, or bring your horses and explore thousands of acres and miles and miles of forestry roads adjacent to property. Local swimming holes in west fork of black river 5 miles away or-and swim the lakes on the property. Oh don’t forget to bring your guns. Paddle boat and a row boat also at your disposal.

No additional charge to bring your camper, Rv, or Horsetrailer/Living Quarters. Hookups, second well, and sewage /Septic available ( small charge - ask in advance) within site of Home.

I offer two packages (I MUST KNOW ABOUT WHAT U DESIRE BEFORE BOOKING AS I MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE);

One package ( included with your rental) is for up to 8 people in the Main ( Trailer) Home. I give you complete privacy but I do stay in the adjacent home during some stays since I live in St Louis but stay at farm as well from time to time. You have total access to property.

For $150 more per item I provide following.

2 hour Guided tour of attractions around the property, neighboring farms, black river swimming holes, start of meramac river, sinkin creek,Gordon’s creek ( near source) swimming hole, forestry roads etc etc (This is only $100 not $150)

6 hour party and bbq on river. I setup canopy, blankets, bbq pit and charcoal, I provide 1 cooler of ice, plastic utensils, cups, plates , Sutton’s bluff or Current River State Park, ( u bring meat, spices, drinks, tunes, chairs, and ur grilling skills 😋)

Full day float guide, Pultite to Roundsprings - u pay for the float (as well as for me to float) I show u the ropes and accompany u along the local hot spots including natural spring, 2 caves and cave exploring, and party beaches - assuming there is a party ( usually most weekends )

I provide all ingredients, cook, clean

Spaghetti Sauce Sunday Dinner - anyday (Up to 8 People) $200

Bbq pork steaks, hot dogs. Or BBQ hamburgers and brats. Mac n cheese or baked potatoe. Corn on the cob. I provide the meat and do all prep and cleanup $200

Soups, Avgolemeno, Chili, Ham Bean, Pork Kelbasa and Cabbage $175
