We are selling personal items because my Uncle is moving to a nursing facility and needs to downsize.
Items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. I will be out of town assisting with the move until Sept 9th, and will not be available for any viewings or transactions until I return.
To reserve an item, a deposit is required. Without a deposit, the item will not be held for you. The deposit ensures the item will be set aside until I return. Once I’m back, you can inspect the item and decide whether to proceed with the purchase. If you choose not to buy, the deposit will be refunded.
No viewings or transactions will be handled before Sept 4th, and I will not make exceptions. No deposit, no hold-it’s that simple.
