UVM Ski & Snowboard Club

UVM Ski & Snowboard Club "East Coast's Finest" UVMSSC is the second largest collegiate ski and snowboard club in the U.S.

The UVM Ski & Snowboard Club (UVMSSC) is a non-competitive, non-profit, student run organization dedicated to making skiing and snowboarding more accesible to UVM students. We work to encourage the already popular winter sports culture at UVM by providing discount season passes, free shuttles to the mountains, on/off-campus skiing and snowboarding film premieres and other events, group trips aroun

d the world, cheap trips around the Northeast, discounts to local businesses, proforms direct from manufacturers, and include some pretty sweet t-shirts with membership. Our mission is to provide the UVM skiers and snowboarders with the opportunity to foster and develop relationships with the greater ski and snowboard community of Northern VT. This includes individual club members, ski resorts, sport shops, and national sponsors. It is our purpose to provide a framework by which all of these establishments can meld and become incorporated into an epic community of winter sport enthusiasts.

Smugglers’ Notch is offering lift tickets, lessons, and rentals for $24/item to provide an opportunity for new skiers and riders to try out the sport! Link drops tomorrow (1/17) @ 12 in our email.

Lessons will start at 10 am and will run for about 2 hours. After that, you will have the rest of the day to explore the mountain!

Transportation will be provided so do not worry about finding a ride.

If you plan on renting, you will receive an email with a rental agreement form that you must print, fill out, and bring with you to the LTSR Day.

BUSES ARE BACK‼️ Signups will be online through our website (link in bio) under the “About” tab. Link will go live at 12pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Buses run to Jay Peak, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, and Smugglers Notch every weekend (Jan 18th-March 30th). Head to the website for more info.
