Fifth Avenue Cottage

Fifth Avenue Cottage is located at 210 South Fifth Avenue in Burwell, Nebraska. It was originally constructed in 1927 and is one of Burwell’s most iconic houses. The Cottage has recently been fully renovated and is now open for renters!

Fifth Avenue Cottage is a Tudor-style home with beautiful oak woodwork, Tudor-style built-ins and cabinetry, and hardwood floors throughout. On its three levels, the house has about 2,300 sq. ft. of space. That includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms (and one half-bath), plus a lower level rec room and bunk bedroom.

The first floor has an open-style kitchen/dining room/living room with a remote-controlled, gas fireplace. The oak-trimmed sunroom sits off to one side. There is a charming bedroom suite tucked away which contains two private bedrooms and a shared master bathroom with shower.

The second floor also has two generous bedrooms, one with a half-bath and a shared new full bathroom.
