Universal Stella Nova Resort is just beautiful and you truly can’t beat the price point!

So often clients talk about staying offsite, but Universal Orlando has some fabulous hotels that come in below the price of the all the chain hotels down the street.

And check out that theme park view of Epic Universe out the window! I can’t wait to see it at night.

Tips below for those impacted by the closure of Spirit Airlines ⬇️

Spirit Airlines has immediately ended operations and, for many travelers, this is likely the first time in over 25 years they’ve seen a major U.S. airline shut down.

Many people are scrambling to figure out refunds, rebooking, and how to get where they need to go. It has a LOT of unexpected stress for people trying to get home, go on vacation, or make it somewhere important for work, family, or friends.

My heart goes out to the travelers, crews, and employees impacted by this. 💛 The aviation community feels this loss.

If you have an upcoming Spirit flight:
• Do not go to the airport for help (customer service is gone)
• Watch your email and bank account for refund updates
• Contact your travel advisor for next steps
• Start looking at alternate flight or travel options now

🚨Moments like this are a reminder that travel is more than just clicking “book now.”

When the unexpected happens, having a travel advisor in your corner to help navigate the chaos can make all the difference.

✨ The Life of a Travel Agent ✨

“Wow! You travel a lot!” “I’d love to have your job.” “Must be nice!”

We are so thankful for our jobs and it is nice, but this is what you don’t see. Our agents taking all the photos, capturing video content, posting on social media, and taking copious notes, all while our family waits patiently (or not so patiently) to be able to move on to the next thing. That’s my amazing and patient husband in green who got to experience Epic Universe with me last year before it opened to the public.

In all seriousness, our travel agents truly have an amazing job and it brings us so much joy to help our travelers plan seamless vacations. This is why we do what we do. We go experience things first hand, so that we have true knowledge of destinations we sell. We can answer your questions, provide recommendations, and give you true expert service!
