Hi there!

We try to have an overseas trip every two years from the Butte, Montana area. The information for our 2024 trip is below. Remember, you can join the tour from anywhere.

We are taking the Highlights of Scandinavia: Sweden, Norway & Denmark on 06/07/2024 through Go Ahead Tours. The optional extension for this tour is to Iceland.

A couple of important things to note:

-Anyone who has traveled with Go Ahead within the last 90 days is eligible for $350 off (valid until 09/07)

-Those who have traveled with any Education First tour in the past is eligible for $250 off. (valid until 09/07)

-All new travelers who enroll before 9/07 will receive $150 off.

- Prices are set to increase on 09/01, so you can lock in the best price with a fully-refundable $99 deposit by 9/1.

With the positive news pertaining to Covid-19 vaccinations, we can allow ourselves to get excited about travelling again! We have rescheduled our trip to Greece with an optional extension to Rome for June 19, 2022. The details about our group tour can be explored at the link below. Greece anyone? We are planning a meeting on Thursday, November 14 at 7:30 at the Drunken Miner (the old Shorty's, behind Walmart). Hi fellow travelers! We recently had a meeting about our upcoming trip to Greece and have a summary of some of the topics.

When is the trip to Greece?
June 17th to June 25th, 2021
Why register now?
There are periodic price increases and when you register it locks in that price. A price increase is scheduled for August 27th. This trip is limited to 25 participants.
How late can I register?
February of 2021
What is the cost of the trip without the Rome extension?
Cost with Flights (based on double occupancy) is $4449 per person. You have the option of booking your own flights.
What is the cost of the trip with the Rome extension?
Cost with Flights (based on double occupancy) is $5128 per person. You have the option of booking your own flights.
What are the payment methods?
There are two payment plans automatic (monthly payments) or manual.
Automatic: $197.57 per month or $229.90 per month with extension
Manual: $300 down payment and then choose to pay at any time, any amount with final payment due 90 days prior to departure

**If you and your roommate are registering separately, you will have to select that you are traveling as a single when you first register. Then after both of you have registered, you can call customer service or notify myself and we will take care of assigning your roommate.
Passports
You need a passport that is valid until December 2021.
Which excursions should I register for?
You do not have to add any excursions at this time. Excursions can be added as late as a few days before departure. However, the prices of excursions do increase in price as well.
Can children go?
Yes. Travelers under 18, must be accompanied by a parent. The minimum age for this tour is 7.
Is there trip insurance?
Yes. It is pricey. If you are not sure about adding the insurance, you do not have to add it at the time you register. It can be added later.

We will NOT be having the informational meeting tonight, so here is a bit of information about the Greece with the Butte Crew trip in June 2021. Anyone from anywhere can travel with us. Our adult group travel is done through the educational travel company EF Go Ahead Tours. If you are serious about going on this trip, register as soon as possible. When you register, the price of the trip is locked in and future increases will not apply to you. You need to put down $300 per person to secure your reservation. You may choose to make monthly payments or pay manually. If you opt to pay manually, you can make payments at any time and the remaining balance of the trip is due at the beginning of April 2021. Message us if you have specific questions about cost, cancellation, trip insurance, etc. We have pamphlets detailing this trip that we would deliver or mail to you.
