On behalf of Buzzard's Bay Divers 🤿 and The Travel Scene ✈️, thank you for making us feel completely at home.
The scuba diving was absolutely legendary! 🌊 From the world-famous Rainbow Reef 🌈🪸 to our incredible house reef, we were treated to 5 eagle rays 🪽, white-tip sharks 🦈, octopuses 🐙, a ribbon eel, and an unforgettable encounter with a huge Manta Ray! 🐋
A massive shoutout to our phenomenal dive guides—Masana, Christine, Uli, Alisi, Joe, and Jim—for keeping us safe and showing us the best of Taveuni. 🙌⚓
We also want to extend a huge thank you to Eta, Zoe, Illy, Navi, Sam, Zack, and the entire Paradise team for taking such amazing care of us! ❤️🌴
Combined with the stunning sunsets 🌅, waterfalls 💦, island tours, and the amazing Meke dancing on Fiji night 🥁💃, this trip was pure magic. You treated us like family, and we can’t wait for our return in 2028! 🥂🏝️

I've been in the Travel industry since 1985. It has been a part of who I am for over 40 years. I love to learn all about the people and culture of the area we are going to..I had asked the resort about learning the traditional Meke dance for the Fiji Night celebration, and was lucky enough to be able to learn 2 Meke dances from these sweet girls, Zoe (13) Helen (12), and Bertha (10). They were excited to be a part of the secret about me learning the dances, my outfit, flower for my hair, ashes on my face every part of the performance. In between diving, I would run back to the room and practice my dances. Dance is an important part of their culture and I wanted to make my team mates proud of me. I was so happy and honored to perform with these girls. This was a moment in my life I will remember and cherish those girls in my heart forever 🩷🩷🩷,

Grateful the Boston bound divers from our group made it home safely and on schedule could have been a different story a few hours later..thanks to the Fijian gods for looking over us...
