We had a record amount of rain last week and Lake Cadillac and Lake Mitchell are both overflowing right now!

It is crazy to see all of the standing water around our beautiful town. Our hearts go out to those who are having to deal with the repercussions of this historic rain.

We hope to dry out and be back to normal very soon. It’s been a crazy wild winter and now spring 😵‍💫

If you’re coming to Northern Michigan for The Original Jeep Blessing, Mackinaw Timbers Cabins in Cadillac, MI is the perfect place to stay. We’re an easy drive to Mesick, with plenty of room for Jeeps, trailers, and gear, an on-site wash station, and private vintage cabins so you can spread out and relax after a full day of mud, trails, and fun.

This iconic Jeep event takes place Saturday, May 2nd (always the Saturday before Mother’s Day weekend) and is hosted by the founders Deb and Gordy Stafford alongside the Cadillac Jeepers Club. Over the years, the event has raised tens of thousands of dollars for local non-profits and continues to grow with improved obstacle courses, live music, vendors, kids games, and a Show & Shine.
