Hiking through the woods and picturesque natural scenery is way better exercise than dodging bullets and speed walking past thumping stereos. This is NY but, it ain’t NYC!

Big news coming out of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.

They just acquired 241 acres of land which increases the size of the already vast Bluestone Wild Forest.

Bluestone Wild Forest is one exit south from our home on the NYS Thruway.

There, you can hike, hunt, fish, kayak, picnic and more. It's also wheelchair accessible.

Come out to the Hudson Valley and see all we have to offer!
