Our Story

My husband and I both grew up on the shores of Puget Sound and had always dreamed of owning a house on the beach. We first fell in love with this property in 2015. Unfortunately, we weren’t ready to make an offer at that time and then the house was pulled off the market. We were so disappointed but we had to let it go. Fast forward to 2020! By a random string of events, we stumbled across a new listing for this same little cabin. We were so excited to have another opportunity to be a part of this special beach community! It took everything we had but we felt that it was meant to be. Now we are the proud owners of this charming beach studio and are so excited to share our little slice of heaven. Welcome to the “Boat House” on Tyee Beach!
