On Wednesday, I shared that with Second Story Travel and I were debating where to stay for our next Disney World trip (how is July almost here already?!). Thanks to everyone who weighed in!

After much deliberation, we've officially decided on Disney's Beach Club Resort! 🌴☀️

Here are the three things that ultimately swayed us:

✨ 1. Walking distance to EPCOT
Who doesn't love being able to stroll over for a drink, enjoy dinner at one of the amazing restaurants, or catch the nighttime atmosphere without worrying about transportation?

💦 2. Stormalong Bay
If you know me, you know I love a good pool. Give me a lazy river, a sunny afternoon, and I'm a happy traveler.

🍦 3. Beaches & Cream
After a hot day in the parks, I fully intend to reward myself with all the milkshakes and ice cream treats.

Now, if we were bringing the kids and spending most of our time at Magic Kingdom, I think Disney's Contemporary Resort might have taken the win. But for a girls' getaway filled with EPCOT evenings, afternoon pool time, and plenty of fun, Beach Club was calling our names.

Oogie Boogie Bash is BACK at Disneyland and this year has something brand new. 👻🕷️

The big addition: "Madame Leota's Swinging Wake – A Haunted Halloween Street Party" is making its debut, bringing the Haunted Mansion to life on the streets of California Adventure. Séances, ghostly dancing, all 999 happy haunts. It sounds absolutely incredible.

Plus all the things we already love — rare character meet and greets, trick-or-treat trails, Villains Grove, the Headless Horseman, and shorter wait times on select attractions.

The party runs 6–11pm on select nights from August 18 through October 31, and tickets include 3 hours of early entry to California Adventure.

September - 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29

(Sept. 27 is a D23 Members exclusive night)

Bluey’s Wild World is now open at Conservation Station and Disney Worlds Animal Kingdom🐾✨ You can hop aboard the Wildlife Express Train to join Bluey and Bingo for hilarious games like Magic Asparagus and Keepy Uppy!

To join the fun, you will need to use a Virtual Queue—there is no standby line during the opening period. 📲

Here is everything you need to know to secure your spot:

How to Join the Virtual Queue
👉🏻Where: The My Disney Experience app.
👉🏻Limit: Once per Guest, per day, during regular park hours.
👉🏻Requirement: You must have valid admission to Disney’s Animal Kingdom (and a park reservation, if required for your ticket type).

Two Chances to Drop In Every Day
There are two daily opportunities to request a spot in the virtual queue:
⌚️7:00 AM – You do not need to be inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom yet to try for this slot.
⌚️10:00 AM – You must be inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom to try for this slot.

💡Pro Tip: Make sure your tickets are linked in the app ahead of time so you are ready to tap "Join" right when the clock strikes 7:00 AM or 10:00 AM!
